We aim to complement internal HR or well-being services by offering early support before challenges escalate. 
 
Our Services 
 
1. On-Site “Open Door” Well-being Coaching  
Confidential one-to-one coaching sessions are available to employees across the business. We offer a safe and judgment-free space to explore personal or professional challenges. 
Regular, consistent support embedded in the workplace. 
Signposting to additional services when appropriate. 
Encourages an open, supportive culture around mental well-being. 
 
2. Team Resilience Workshop (3.5 Hours) 
A reflective, interactive session focused on strengthening self-awareness and personal resilience. 
Understand stress triggers and early signs of burnout. 
Build self-awareness and peer connection. 
Create a personalised action plan for ongoing well-being. 
 
This workshop is a coaching-led session, not a training or performance exercise. It provides space for guided reflection and peer conversation, with optional sharing. Participants are encouraged to reflect at their own pace and leave with a personal strategy they can use to support their mental well-being, whether through coaching, self-care, or signposted support. 
 
3. Well-being Strategy Support for Culture Change 
We work alongside leadership and internal culture or well-being teams to make mental well-being a visible and valued part of everyday working life.  
Includes: 
Supporting cultural development initiatives or change programmes. 
Co-creating well-being spaces (e.g. quiet rooms, reflective zones). 
Shaping values-led policies and communication strategies 
Encouraging leadership behaviours that support psychological safety.
