Annette Founder RTSC
I founded RTSC by bringing together my personal and professional experience, including life as a military spouse, raising three children, and a 20-year career in the automotive industry. These chapters shaped my adaptability, resilience, and understanding of what meaningful, effective support looks like in real life.
My corporate background spans operational roles, leadership, sales, and fleet management, giving me a grounded understanding of how pressure builds in fast-paced environments. Alongside this, I previously ran and grew a small business, which deepened my understanding of leadership, responsibility, and the realities of business ownership. I’ve also seen firsthand how stress, loss, and workplace wellbeing challenges affect people - experiences that inform the empathy and practicality I bring to my work.
RTSC is built on one clear principle: making support accessible, independent, and available when people need it most.
With professional certifications in Coaching, NLP, Mental Health Awareness, Safeguarding, and MICFM, I combine lived experience with professional practice to support organisations and individuals in navigating pressure, gaining clarity, and moving forward with confidence.

Programme Development Support (Voluntary Role) RTSC
“Hello, I’m Scott. I support Annette with RTSC’s vision voluntarily, particularly in shaping ideas for leadership and training programmes.
As an Army veteran who served with the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, I bring leadership experience and values such as accountability, resilience, and commitment. These principles align closely with RTSC’s ethos and guide the way I contribute.
Alongside my military background, I am a certified PTTLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) instructor. This enables me to advise on the design and structure of practical learning experiences that complement RTSC’s work.”
