Why This Walk Exists
This walk isn’t therapy. It’s not a formal support group.
It’s time, space, and connection created for people like you.
Whether you’re serving now or have served in the past in the military, police, fire, ambulance, or NHS, this is your space. Our walks allow you to decompress, speak freely (or not at all), and walk shoulder-to-shoulder with people who get it.
Why It Matters
We know how much you carry the decisions, the images, and the pace.
You show up every day. And you’ve seen more than most ever will.
This walk is a way to step out of that headspace, even for a little while.
You don’t have to explain yourself here. No uniforms. No pressure. Just people who understand that life and the load.

Walk Information
This year's series of walks offers a variety of scenic routes across Nottinghamshire, ranging from leisurely 2-mile strolls to more moderate 6-mile treks. Each walk provides an opportunity to enjoy nature, stay active, and connect with fellow walkers. Some events include optional themes, and a few may have small charges for parking or entry. Participants must register their interest before attending a walk. The link is listed below.
