ROAD TO SUCCESS CONSULTANCY Meet the Team Behind RTSC

Real people, practical support, shared purpose.
Annette Clay – Founder of Road to Success Consultancy, Workplace Coaching & Well-Being Specialist

ANNETTE   Founder & Lead Coach, Road to Success Consultancy (RTSC)

I founded RTSC after a mix of personal and professional experiences, including life as a military spouse, raising three children, and a 20-year career in the automotive industry. Those chapters taught me adaptability, resilience, and the value of strong support networks.

My corporate background, spanning operational to leadership, sales and fleet management, provided me with a real-world understanding of how pressure builds in fast-paced environments. I've also experienced the impact of stress, loss, and workplace wellbeing challenges firsthand, lessons that shape the empathy and practicality I bring to my work.

Today, RTSC's foundation is built on making support accessible, independent, and available when people need it most.

With professional certifications in Coaching, NLP, Level 3 in Mental Health awareness and Safeguarding and MICFM, I combine lived experience with professional practice to help organisations and individuals move forward with confidence.

SCOTT

Programme Development Support (Voluntary Role) RTSC

“Hello, I’m Scott. I support Annette with RTSC’s vision voluntarily, particularly in shaping ideas for leadership and training programmes.

As an Army veteran who served with the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, I bring leadership experience and values such as accountability, resilience, and commitment. These principles align closely with RTSC’s ethos and guide the way I contribute.

Alongside my military background, I am a certified PTTLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) instructor. This enables me to advise on the design and structure of practical learning experiences that complement RTSC’s work.”
