I’m the Founder of Road to Success Consultancy Ltd (RTSC®), an independent, coaching-led workplace consultancy providing confidential, on-site support to organisations across Nottinghamshire, the Midlands, and the UK. 

 

My background spans over 20 years in the automotive industry, across operational roles, fleet management, and sales and account leadership. This experience has given me a grounded understanding of how pressure builds in fast-paced environments, where decisions carry both commercial and human impact. 

 

Working across different levels within organisations has shown me how communication, relationships, and accountability shape everyday working life, often influencing performance, culture, and outcomes long before they become visible. 

Alongside this, I have run and grown a small business, deepening my understanding of leadership, responsibility, and the realities of business ownership. 

 

RTSC was founded by bringing together professional and personal experience. Living as a military spouse, raising three children, and building a career alongside family life has shaped my adaptability, resilience, and perspective on what effective support looks like in practice. 

 

RTSC is built on a clear principle: making independent support accessible inside the working day, where people can pause, think clearly, and move forward with confidence. 

 

With professional certifications in Coaching, NLP, Mental Health Awareness, Safeguarding, and MICFM, I combine lived experience with professional practice to support individuals and organisations in navigating pressure, gaining clarity, and making well-judged decisions.
